My Academic Background
I've got lots of college essay writing experience, having been a Dean's List student at Yale for one year before transferring to Columbia.
At Columbia, I was an English major. I spent the better part of four years reading and writing about books and plays (and Shakespeare, jazz, and more).
Professional Writing Experience
I’ve worked as a Press Director and copywriter for Off Broadway theaters and music management companies.

Cum Laude graduate of Columbia University. My English coursework covered many literary bases, from Greco-Roman classics to contemporary dramatic literature. I also wrote for a student news outlet (Bwog).
During the pandemic, I served as Press Director for an Off Broadway theater (Soho Playhouse), writing copy and press releases. Over summers, I studied Shakespeare in London (RADA) and at Oxford (BADA).

In my first term, I studied dramatic literature and Shakespearean acting, earning a spot on the Dean's List. I also served as the Yale Dramatic Association's Special Events Coordinator.
I studied abroad the following semester, earning a certificate in Classical Acting from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA).

I participated 30+ theater productions, founded clubs like Mustang Mentors (peer mentoring) and For Skits & Giggles (theater community service), and presided over other clubs (Theater, French, Honor Code, and more).
